Working in customer service, especially in a front-facing position, requires a positive attitude and a commitment to providing good service. Unfortunately, my experience with the employee at the front desk was disappointing. Her attitude and approach toward customers could use improvement. If someone does not enjoy working in a customer service role, it may be worth considering a position that better fits them. Customers deserve to be greeted by someone who is friendly, respectful, and willing to provide a good experience.

I stopped at the Tropical Juice Bar in Union, NJ. I was unfamiliar with their menu and got the best customer service from Arianna! She patiently answered my zillion questions and made recommendations that were spot on! My order came quickly and was fresh and delicious!!! They also had great music to enjoy while eating! I highly recommend this restaurant!

Five star chicken wraps and the food comes quick. I got the combo with fries and a banana smoothie. This place is quickly becoming my favorite grab and go place.

Wanted to try this spot because it newly opened. The juices/smoothies here are really good, came here twice now to try different ones. Tried their beef and pizza empanadas and they were only ok, just kinda soggy and small fillings on the inside. I will probably only stick to their drink menu.

We went to the Grand Opening of Tropical Juice Bar on Saturday 9/27/25 and our expectations were blown away! The breakfast sandwiches, beef & chicken empanadas and passion fruit juices we tried were all delicious and freshly made. The owner and his family welcomed us with a big warm smile! If you want to eat food made with delicious Latin flavors, I encourage you to come to TJB asap! We’ll be back again soon to try the rest of their menu 🥘🥪 Alicia Mateo-Lopez
